It has a QR code, barcode and ID reader to identify the user at the time of transaction. JAM helped us understand our change needs and offered the best technology based on our budget. We made an APP that is among the 50 most downloaded in the country with more than 1 million downloads and this generated savings of 36% in advertising and we generated self-service Totems in the stores that represent fewer resources for customer service.
